As Customer Services Co-ordinator's it is Melita's responsibility to ensure that customer's needs and expectations are met, all communications receive immediate response and all accounts runs smoothly. Whilst as Purchasing Co-ordinator the key objective is to ensure  that suppliers deliver the high quality products demanded by Olympic Glass.
