Code of Practice for the Repair and Maintenance of Industrial and Commercial Doors updated
| The Code of Practice for the Repair and Maintenance of Industrial and Commercial Doors has been completely updated by the DHF, the organisation which represents the UK suppliers and repairers of industrial and commercial metal doors and shutters. Designed to raise quality levels in the door and hardware industry and to ensure compliance with the latest European standards, the repair and maintenance guide has been produced specifically to help manufacturers, repair and maintenance organisations, specifiers and end users comply fully with all the requirements of the safety enforcement authorities. DHF secretary Michael Skelding said: "The importance of regular door and shutter maintenance on both legal and financial grounds cannot be over emphasised."
